- Membership System for a Co-operative Society
Our client is one of the largest co-operative societies in Malaysia. The system
handles all transactions of the Membership, Loans, and Benefits departments-member
application, receipts, refunds & transfers, termination, issue of Warrants annually,
various types of Loans (Education, Housing, and Small Business), security, creditors,
etc.
- Distribution System for a bottled-water company.
The system handled all their orders—both one-time and standing orders. It also handled
all their billing arrangements with their clients—immediate, monthly, and pre-paid
billing.
- Order Processing System for a charcoal wholesaler.
The system handled all stages of an order from the initial enquiry to the quotes
(one or more) to the final Invoice, DO, and shipping documents.
- Inspection Reporting System.
The system automated the process of preparing the final reports for engineering
inspections. The reports were automatically produced in Microsoft Word using data
stored in a database. The reports were rich in text, tables, and multiple pictures.
A report that took a senior person half a day to produce can now be prepared by
any of the 12 team members in under half an hour!
- Time and Expense Billing System.
The system captures time and billing information from a group of consultants and
automatically generates the invoices to clients in the precise format specified
by our client.
- Sales Analysis System.
The system imported sales data from Tally into Excel regularly and analyzed the
data in multiple ways using Pivot Tables.
- Law Office Conveyance System.
The system automates the preparation of all documents—letters, government forms,
and legal documents—associated with property transactions. The system also provides
a Reminder mechanism so that documents are sure to be prepared when they are due.
